- Pricing information
All prices include V.A.T.
- Order confirmation and order validation:
We will confirm your order either by e-mail or by telephone.
- Payment:
We accept payment by major credit or debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Payment will be debited to your account upon despatch of your order. Alternatively we can accept cheques made payable to 'Car Stores' and sent to the following address:- Car Stores (JD Tools), Tribology House, Rathcline Road, Lanesborough, Co. Longford, Ireland.
- Delivery of goods:
We will endeavour to deliver your order to you within 7 working days, providing the goods are in stock. If we are not able to meet this deadline, we will contact you within 5 days of receipt of your order to arrange an alternative delivery date. However, if this is not acceptable to you, we will offer you the choice of cancellation or a refund.
Please ask if express delivery is required.
- Complaints and queries:
We always try to offer a first-class level of service.

- Returns policy:
Please note that you do have the right to return a product or to cancel an order within 14 days of the original order date.
If we have wrongly supplied parts we will reimburse the full purchase price. However, if the parts have been correctly supplied based upon the information provided at the time of ordering then we will reimburse the product costs minus a 15% handling charge.
If you wish to return any item then please follow these basic steps:
- Contact us to request a (*) Returns Number.
- Send the goods to the following address: Returns Dept, Car Stores (JD Tools), Tribology House, Rathcline Road, Lanesborough, Co. Longford, Ireland. Please note that we can only refund if goods are returned in the original packaging in 'as new' condition.
- Attach a copy of the delivery note or invoice as proof of purchase and mark the package clearly with the (*) Returns Number.
(*) Returns Number - This number helps us to deal quickly and efficiently with your refund. Please note that if this number is not clearly marked on the returned item then this may cause delays.
- Product information and product images:
Although we endeavour to provide you with the latest product information and to ensure that product images are identical to the items supplied, we cannot always guarantee that this will be the case. Product colours and styles can differ slightly from the published images.
- Confidentiality of personal details:
Personal details are held confidentially. Please note that we never divulge personal details to any third party and any information supplied is used solely for the purpose originally intended. If you decide that you would like to leave our mailing list, please ask and we'll remove all of your details.
